By accessing and using Click Aarambh services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Click Aarambh offers the following productized services:
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to GST as applicable.
3.2 Payment Schedule:
3.3 Late Payments: Invoices are due within 7 days. Late payments may result in project suspension.
3.4 Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Milestone payments are refundable only if deliverables are not met as per agreed scope.
4.1 Scope: All projects begin with a signed proposal outlining deliverables, timeline, and pricing.
4.2 Revisions: Each package includes a set number of revisions (e.g., Starter Website = 1 revision). Additional revisions are billed separately.
4.3 Scope Changes: Any changes to the original scope may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments.

Note: Project delays caused by client non-responsiveness may result in timeline extensions without penalty to Click Aarambh.
6.1 Client Ownership: Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables (website, designs, content).
6.2 Click Aarambh Ownership: We retain rights to reusable code, templates, and methodologies.
6.3 Portfolio Use: We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. Click Aarambh will not share client business data with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (e.g., hosting providers).
8.1 Service Quality: We strive to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee specific business outcomes (e.g., traffic, revenue).
8.2 Third-Party Tools: We use third-party services (hosting, analytics, payment gateways). We are not responsible for outages or issues caused by these services.
8.3 Limitation of Liability: Click Aarambh’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination:
10.1 Post-Launch Support: We provide 7 days of free bug fixes after website launch.
10.2 Ongoing Maintenance: Hosting, security updates, and content changes are available as separate monthly packages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
